You need to create a vehicle that meets all those standards and is still affordable to the consumer. That\u2019s just not possible without making a few compromises. So, what\u2019s the first area that\u2019s going to get compromised? It\u2019s the vehicle\u2019s appearance because that\u2019s the only area that\u2019s not going to drastically affect the overall performance and quality of the vehicle.<\/p>\n
High end vehicles look amazing because the consumers who buy them are willing to spend every penny, which means automakers can\u2019t and don\u2019t have to make significant compromises.<\/p>\n
Other than that, there is also the issue of use and practicality. For instance, the Toyota Venza displayed at SEMA this year looked great compared to the standard version, but, you would never be able to drive such a vehicle in an off-road situation because of the tiny gaps around the wheels. On the other hand, a standard Venza does not have that problem and can be used in off-road situations.<\/p>\n
Since, the Venza is primarily an SUV; its design must fit its real purpose.<\/p>\n
