Rules for the online auction
bidding
All online bids are subject to
availability and the auction reserves the right to make a
final decision on all bids. The cars are available for
viewing during the week. Please call the Internet Dept. to
schedule a vehicle preview.
Please note: Bids online do not
include auction and administrative fees or state
taxes.Once a
bid is placed, the bidder will be contacted via email. If
the bid is accepted, a $500 deposit is required to reserve
the car.
Rules for the live
auction
Before the auction, you have one hour to inspect
every car. You can visually inspect the exterior, interior
and under the hood. You can inspect the engine, while it
is on, and when the car is driven through the auction
block.
You're responsible to check whether a car has an
automatic or standard transmission before you bid on the
car.
You are not permitted on the lot while the
auction is in progress, insurance regulations prohibit
this.
In order to take the
car:
You
must pay the full balance in cash or certified check (No
Personal Checks).
Have
proof of insurance liability coverage. (We have low cost
insurance available on premises for your convenience)
We
will provide you with temporary plates where law permits.
A minimum deposit of
$500 is requiredto hold any car.
Auction fees and administrative fees apply to all vehicle
purchases, whether it is purchased online, at live auction
or directly off the lot.
