Buying a used car can be a wise financial decision. A vehicle depreciates the most in its first few years on the road, meaning an older model can hold its value better. You’ll also save on your monthly payments with a lower price tag by opting for a used car. If you’re in the market for a high-quality used vehicle, you may wonder which ones are currently the most popular. Monroney Labels Now Available For Used Cars

NADA Used Car Guide, the leading provider of used vehicle valuations, and MonroneyLabels.com™, are combining forces to make the selling and marketing process of used automobiles easier for buyers and dealers. The new labels are VIN-specific window stickers and contain all the original factory options and OEM, giving everyone the correct factory option packages and pricing as built.

Window stickers or #Monroneys, as they’re commonly called, are designed to let the consumer about what’s included in their purchase. The sticker was named after Oklahoma Senator Mike Monroney, sponsor of the 1958 Automobile Information Disclosure Act that lets car buyers know what they are getting. The recent collaboration of NADA Used Car Guide and Monroney Labels means the same information can be made available for used car buyers.

Since 1933, NADA Used Car Guide® has been recognized as the leading provider of vehicle valuation products, services and information to businesses throughout the U.S. and the world. Functionality of Direct Fuel Injection Engines

engine drawing

In most cases, not many people who purchase used vehicles are aware of the nuances of the engine functionality. Even though a basic formula of functioning exists, in terms of engineering practicality, there are several nuances that apply to the production of an engine and the vehicle. For instance, direct fuel injection engines were not thoroughly understood for the longest time. It is important to understand the theoretical functionality of the direct fuel injection engine in order to understand the nuances of the engine.

To begin with, the fuel is shuttled from the main fuel tank, through fuel pipes, and all the way to the nozzles that open up to the fuel injectors, which are syringe like nozzles that spray the fuel directly into the combustion chamber. Once the fuel is directly injected into the chamber, the valves open, letting in a certain amount of air and then shuts immediately. At this point, the valves shut tightly again while the spark plug ignites the chamber causing an explosion that allows the pistons to move, which in turn makes the crank shaft move. The crank shaft is connected to the axel and the wheels. This is how the direct fuel injection engine works in theory.

Depending on the various brands and degree of engineering innovation, the fuel injectors may be located in different areas of the engine to allow more fuel efficiency. To know more, visit the New Jersey State Auto Auction today.
